Training and Development Manager
411 Marketing is a fast growing American company in the field of the online marketing and advertising. We just turned 10 years and keep growing. Now we are looking for a training and development manager.
Responsible for defining the strategy, planning and execution of 411 Marketing people development function. Ensure programs are developed and implemented effectively and timely to support the evolving workforce needs, and drive business impact. Perform as a player/coach to fill all HR needs of the consulting business unit not covered by corporate HR.
Defines the human capital requirements for the business growth and translates this into a talent strategy to improve people development processes and initiatives required to meet current and future needs.
Works closely with Talent Management, HR, Executive Leadership, Industry Programs and others to support implementation of corporate-wide Talent Management Strategies.
Creates and reports relevant metrics to assess progress and impact of People Development strategy and programs
Program & Change Management
Leads design and implementation of People Development programs to impact business outcomes
Leverages data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for improvement of people development processes. Makes recommendations; e.g., org design, leadership development and assessment, career-path initiatives, MBA recruiting and development, on-boarding, etc.
Learning and Development (i.e., Academies)
Create overall curriculum to identify and prioritize skills needed to drive business outcomes
Leads development and refinement of learning and development programs; e.g., Leadership Academy, Engagement Manager Academy, Coaching Academy
Leads delivery of globally consistent, scalable learning and development offerings
Maximizes use of corporate tools and techniques

Accelerate ramp-up time for new employees, and those successfully progressing within developmental roles

5+ years of business experience
Desired experience includes a combination of general HR, supporting a service business (e.g. consulting) in an HR role, learning and development depth, and performing the role of a technology consultant.
Role as a player/coach in an agile corporate environment
Training Qualifications would be desirable.
Very good English is a must.
Excellent PC skills (advanced Power Point).
Masters in related field – preferable but not essentialMasters in related field – preferable but not essentialMinimum two years’ experience on a similar position as a soft skills Internal trainer.
