Business Development Manager

Job purpose:

The Business Development Manager is key position responsible for delivering new profitable partnerships

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Research and analyse markets in order to identify new business opportunities and services while collecting information about competitors,
*Propose changes in product lines to better service the market,
*Develop and test different approaches, pitches, and rebuttals,
*Prospect for new partners by cold calling and other means,
*Establish, continuously develop, and attend to a pipeline of prospects by planned and timed actions,
*Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials; evaluating options,
*Pitch, present, negotiate contracts, and close deals,
*Coordinate for requirements with business operations,
*Establish, maintain, and retain rapport and connection with existing customers,
*Track, report, and analyse the performance,

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

*Graduate of any business related course
*At least 3 years experience in Business Development function at Outsourcing companies
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Strong prospecting cold calling sales experience
