Currently we are looking for Office Assistant to join our team in Varna and to support our finance and purchase control for our office in Cebu.
– Enter data into accounting programme (QuickBooks);
– Arrange and organize the process of inventarisation of office supplies, technic stock, furniture, equipment etc;
– Assist in some administrative tasks;
– Assist the Payroll Specialist in timekeeping references;
– Support the process of payroll preparation;
– Make a comparison between suppliers`sales conditions and looking for the most favorable purchasing options for the company;
– Assist the Payroll Specialist in maintaining lists with employees` data when necessary
– Very good level of English – written and spoken (Certificate of English level is an advantage);
– Excellent organizational and communication skills;
– Experience in organising an inventarisation process;
– Very good computer knowledge;
– Excellent MS-office skills
– Technical literacy (familiar with hardware specifications of computers)
– Precision and accuracy;
– Quick and accurate data entry
– Perfect attention to the details.
