Operations Manager

Job purpose:
For our Cebu (Philippines) office we are looking for a Senior Executive in charge of all activities, departments and personnel involved in the operations of our Cebu site. Provides leadership to the operations of all department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develops, or participates with the Senior Leadership in US in the development of the Strategic Plan for the company.
*Organization and Execution of the Company Strategic Plan.
*Discovering Problems and finding appropriate solutions
*Develop dedicated and productive team
*Personally responsible for the performance of all the departments
*Personally Responsible for the Cebu P&L
*Protect any and all of company interest and image

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center Operations Management role with min of 200 FTE.
*Proven strong organization and leadership skills.
*Proven problem solving skills.
*Understanding of operational costs and budgeting.
*Understanding of Sales Physiology is a plus.
